SQUD, kurduğun fantezi kadroları yapay zekâ ile değerlendiren bir eğlence ve analiz aracıdır. Analizler tahmindir; gerçek maç sonucu, istatistik veya bahis tavsiyesi değildir ve hatalı olabilir.

Hesap

Hesap bilgilerinin doğruluğundan ve şifrenin gizliliğinden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını istediğin zaman silebilirsin (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası).

Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Hizmeti kötüye kullanmak, otomatik araçlarla aşırı istek göndermek, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak, takım/oyuncu adı alanlarına yasa dışı, nefret içeren veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik girmek yasaktır. Bu durumlarda erişimi kısıtlayabiliriz.

Pro abonelik

Pro abonelik, seçtiğin dönemde (aylık/yıllık) iptal edilene kadar otomatik yenilenir. İptal ettiğinde erişimin dönem sonuna kadar sürer.

iOS uygulamasında Pro, App Store uygulama içi satın alma ile satılır: ödeme onayda Apple Kimliği hesabından alınır; abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmazsa yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde çekilir. Aboneliği iPhone'da Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler'den yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsin; iadeler Apple'ın koşullarına tabidir. Android uygulamasında aynı kurallar Google Play üzerinden geçerlidir.

Web sitesinde siparişlerimiz, çevrim içi satıcımız ve kayıtlı satıcı (Merchant of Record) olan Paddle.com tarafından işlenir. Paddle müşteri hizmetleri sorularını ve iadeleri yürütür; satın alma için Paddle'ın alıcı şartları da geçerlidir: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

The service

SQUD is an entertainment and analysis tool that evaluates the fantasy lineups you build using AI. Analyses are opinions; they are not real match results, statistics or betting advice, and they may be wrong.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secret. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, send excessive automated requests, try to bypass security measures, or enter illegal or hateful content, or content that infringes others' rights, in team/player name fields. We may restrict access in such cases.

Pro subscription

Pro renews automatically for the chosen period (monthly/yearly) until cancelled. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the current period.

In the iOS app, Pro is sold as an App Store in-app purchase: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel it on your iPhone in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; refunds follow Apple's terms. In the Android app the same rules apply through Google Play.

On the website, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
