Topladığımız veriler

Hesap: e-posta adresin, (isteğe bağlı) adın ve şifren. Şifren düz metin olarak saklanmaz; yalnızca tek yönlü, tuzlanmış bir özeti (scrypt hash) tutulur.

Analiz içeriği: oluşturduğun kadrolar (takım, oyuncu ve koç adları, pozisyonlar) ve üretilen analiz sonuçları. Giriş yaptıysan kurduğun oturumların sonuçları hesabınla ilişkilendirilir ve geçmişte gösterilir.

Online oturumlar: katıldığın oturumda girdiğin takma ad / takım adı ve cihazında rastgele üretilen bir cihaz belirteci (device token). Bu belirteç yalnızca seni o oturumda tanımak için kullanılır.

Kullanım sayacı: günlük analiz kotası için kullanıcı başına günlük analiz sayısı; kötüye kullanımı önlemek için IP adresine bağlı, kısa süreli hız sınırı sayaçları.

Ödeme: web'de Pro aboneliği Paddle üzerinden, iOS/Android uygulamasında App Store / Google Play üzerinden alınır. Kart bilgilerin bize ulaşmaz; yalnızca müşteri ve abonelik kimliği, abonelik durumu, dönem (aylık/yıllık) ve yenileme tarihi saklanır.

Analitik: sayfa görüntülemelerini anonim ve toplu olarak ölçmek için Vercel Analytics kullanılır (çerez kullanmaz, kişisel profil çıkarmaz).

Verileri kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Yapay zekâ sağlayıcısı: analiz için kadroların (takım/oyuncu/koç adları, pozisyonlar, bütçe değerleri) Vercel AI Gateway aracılığıyla bir dil modeli sağlayıcısına (ör. Anthropic) gönderilir. E-posta adresin ve şifren bu isteklere eklenmez.

Altyapı: uygulama Vercel üzerinde çalışır, veritabanı Neon (Postgres) üzerinde barındırılır. E-postalar (doğrulama, şifre sıfırlama) Resend ile gönderilir.

Ödeme: web satışlarında satıcı (merchant of record) Paddle.com'dur ve ödemeyi kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında yürütür; uygulama içi satın almalarda Apple / Google ve abonelik durumunu bize ileten RevenueCat.

Saklama süresi

Tamamlanan online oturumlar yaklaşık 7 gün, başlamamış veya yarım kalmış oturumlar en fazla birkaç gün sonra otomatik silinir. Doğrulama ve sıfırlama bağlantıları süresi dolunca silinir.

Tek başına yaptığın analizlerin sonucu, paylaşabilmen için linke sahip herkesin açabileceği bir sayfada (squd.app/r/…) saklanır; giriş yapmadan oluşturulanlar 90 gün sonra silinir. Bir sonucun silinmesini istersen info@makrops.com adresine linkiyle yazabilirsin.

Hesap verilerin, hesabını silene kadar saklanır.

Hakların ve hesap silme

Hesabını istediğin an hesap menüsündeki (web) ya da mobil uygulamadaki hesap silme seçeneğiyle kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Silme işlemi hesabını, kullanım kayıtlarını ve bekleyen bağlantıları kaldırır; kurduğun oturumlarla hesabın arasındaki bağ koparılır.

Hesabını sildiğinde web (Paddle) aboneliğin otomatik olarak iptal edilir. App Store / Google Play aboneliğini ise mağaza hesabından ayrıca iptal etmelisin.

Çocuklar

SQUD 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.

Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfadadır.

Data we collect

Account: your email address, (optional) name and password. Your password is never stored in plain text — only a one-way, salted hash (scrypt).

Analysis content: the lineups you build (team, player and coach names, positions) and the generated analyses. If you are signed in, results of sessions you host are linked to your account and shown in your history.

Online sessions: the nickname / team name you enter and a random device token generated on your device. The token is only used to recognise you within that session.

Usage counters: a per-user daily analysis count for quotas, and short-lived, IP-based rate-limit counters to prevent abuse.

Payments: on the web, Pro is sold through Paddle; in the iOS/Android app, through the App Store / Google Play. Your card details never reach us; we only store the customer and subscription ids, subscription status, billing cycle (monthly/yearly) and renewal date.

Analytics: Vercel Analytics measures page views anonymously and in aggregate (no cookies, no personal profiles).

Who we share data with

AI provider: to produce an analysis, lineups (team/player/coach names, positions, budget values) are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to a language-model provider (e.g. Anthropic). Your email and password are never included.

Infrastructure: the app runs on Vercel and the database is hosted on Neon (Postgres). Emails (verification, password reset) are sent via Resend.

Payments: for web purchases the merchant of record is Paddle.com, which processes payments under its own privacy policy; for in-app purchases, Apple / Google, and RevenueCat, which relays subscription status to us.

Retention

Finished online sessions are deleted automatically after about 7 days; sessions that never started or were abandoned are deleted within a few days. Verification and reset links are deleted once expired.

Account data is kept until you delete your account.

Your rights and account deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from the account menu (web) or the account deletion option in the mobile app. Deletion removes your account, usage records and pending links, and unlinks sessions you hosted from your account.

Deleting your account automatically cancels your web (Paddle) subscription. An App Store / Google Play subscription must be cancelled separately in your store account.

Children

SQUD is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
