İptal

Aboneliğini istediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin: web'de Profil → Aboneliği yönet; iOS'ta Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler; Android'de Google Play → Abonelikler. İptal ettiğinde Pro erişimin ödediğin dönemin sonuna kadar sürer ve yeni bir ücret alınmaz.

Web satın almaları (Paddle)

Web'deki satın almalarda ilk ödeme veya yenileme tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde, gerekçe göstermeden tam iade talep edebilirsin. İade için Paddle'ın sipariş e-postasındaki bağlantıyı ya da https://paddle.net adresini kullanabilir veya info@makrops.com adresine yazabilirsin.

Siparişlerimizin satıcısı (Merchant of Record) Paddle.com'dur; iadeler Paddle tarafından ödemenin yapıldığı yönteme gerçekleştirilir.

Uygulama içi satın almalar

App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılan satın almaların iadeleri ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir ve mağaza üzerinden talep edilir (Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com).

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time: on the web via Profile → Manage subscription; on iOS via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android via Google Play → Subscriptions. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again.

Web purchases (Paddle)

For purchases made on the website you can request a full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of the initial payment or a renewal. Use the link in your Paddle order email or https://paddle.net, or email info@makrops.com.

Our Merchant of Record is Paddle.com; refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

In-app purchases

Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow that store's rules and are requested from the store (Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com).
